#### Driving Meaningful Change

#### This initiative is designed to expand access, enhance services, introduce new technology, and support coastal communities. By combining Amyas Valora’s expertise in targeted programmatic funding with X Foundation's leadership in marginal coastal urban youths, the partnership creates a powerful synergy focused on delivering measurable results.

#### Why This Matters

#### Through this collaboration, we aim to:

#### - Strengthen value for clients and stakeholders

#### - Accelerate innovation and growth

#### - Create long-term, sustainable impact

#### A Shared Vision

#### “We believe this partnership represents an important milestone in our journey,” said Xavier, Founder of X Foundation. Together, we are building solutions that truly make a difference.”

#### What’s Next

#### The initiative will roll out in phases, with initial efforts focused on skill development in coastal urban youth. As we move forward, Amyas Valora remains committed to transparency, collaboration, and excellence.

#### Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
