Breaking Cycle of Poverty (BCOP)
In breaking the chain of poverty (BCOP), we believe continued support post-18 is essential.
Providing young adults with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to secure employment, launch entrepreneurial ventures, and build independent lives rooted in dignity and resilience.
We support efforts that targets marginalised youths (16 - 24 years old) facing vulnerability, including trafficking, abuse, and neglect through:
Holistic Skills Development
Vocational training, higher education, financial literacy, digital skills, and work readiness
Access to Employment
Dignified job placements, career coaching, trauma-informed support, and employer linkages.
Entrepreneurship Support
Interest-free starter, zero interest loans, and access to financial services.
Advocacy to Reduce Structural Barrier
Capacity-building, curriculum alignment, stakeholder collaboration, and skills recognition.
